The Digital Specialist supports the creation and publishing of sports video content across FOX Sports digital and social platforms. This role assists in editing short-form and long-form content, clipping live moments, and preparing assets for distribution.The ideal candidate is an early-career video editor with strong technical fundamentals, a passion for sports and social media, and an interest in learning how AI tools can support creative advancement and content production workflows.A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESAssist in editing short-form and long-form sports videos for digital and social platformsClip live game highlights and breaking news moments for real-time publishingSupport vertical video production for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube ShortsAdd captions, graphics, and basic motion elements to enhance storytellingUse AI tools to assist with tasks such as caption generation, transcription, image support, and workflow efficienciesPrepare and export video files according to platform specificationsCollaborate with editors, producers, and social teams to ensure the timely delivery of contentMonitor sports and social trends to support content ideationEnsure content follows brand guidelines and league rights restrictionsMaintain organized project files and assist with asset managementWHAT YOU WILL NEED1+ years of digital media, video production, or related experienceExperienced and interested in growing skills using generative AI tools in video content creation and workflowsProficiency in Adobe PremiereBasic knowledge of After Effects and/or PhotoshopFamiliarity with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and X publishing formatsStrong communication and collaboration skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailPassion for sports and digital mediaAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesAbility to work weekends/nights as needed, since schedules will vary by season with sportsWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, gender identity, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
