Dealership Sales Professional

The Dealership Sales Professional is the first point of contact for customers and owns the full sales cycle from initial inquiry through delivery. This is a hands-on, customer-facing sales role focused on relationship building, product expertise, and delivering an exceptional buying experience.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist customers by phone, email, and in person at the showroomManage inbound leads and maintain accurate sales activity in HubSpot CRMBuild strong customer relationships and identify needs, use cases, and preferencesDevelop deep product knowledge to explain features, benefits, configurations, and optionsConduct in-person product demonstrations and address technical questionsPrepare quotes, review financing options, and communicate delivery timelinesCoordinate with the factory to ensure accurate orders and smooth deliveriesMeet monthly and quarterly sales goalsAttend trade shows, events, and occasional weekend activationsCapture basic photo and video content to support marketing effortsMaintain a clean, current showroom with updated model displaysParticipate in weekly sales and marketing meetings Qualifications Genuine passion for camping, overlanding, and remote outdoor travel10+ years of sales experience, ideally in outdoor, automotive, RV, or similar industriesCRM experience required (HubSpot preferred)Strong communication skills with a clear, customer-focused approachAbility to build trust and rapport with a wide range of customersHighly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detailComfortable working independently and managing a full sales pipelineTechnical aptitude and willingness to learn detailed product specificationsProficiency with Microsoft Outlook and ExcelBachelor’s degree preferred but not required Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $95000.00/yr.Medical*, Dental, and Vision Benefits United Healthcare Select Plus Gold, Silver, or HDHP Kaiser Bronze HMO HDHP, Silver HMO, or Gold HMO Cypress Dental PPO Low Plan or PPO High Plan VSP PPO Plan for Vision *Four Wheel Campers pays 80% for employees and 50% for dependents medical premium. 100% Company Paid Benefits Basic Life and AD&D - $50,000 for employees, $10,000 for spouses, and $2,000 per Child(ren). Long Term Disability - up to $6,000 per month after 30 days’ waiting period. Vacation Cashout Request – employees may request a vacation payout of from accrued and unused balance, up to 40 hours once per year. Work from Home (WFH) – for applicable office roles, there is an option to work from home one day per month or two half days per month with manager approval.
