Some 20,000 financial services and healthcare organizations rely on SS&C for expertise, scale, and technology.Job DescriptionCommercialization ExecutionOwn the end-to-end product-to-market lifecycle and GTM readiness frameworksEnsure new products and features launch with aligned Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success executionMulti-Product Platform OperationsDesign operating models for a multi-product SaaS platformEnable bundling, cross-sell, and pricing consistency across segmentsHybrid GTM (PLG + Enterprise)Operationalize PLG-to-sales handoffs using product usage signalsBuild workflows that convert self-serve adoption into enterprise expansionAI-Driven Commercial TransformationIdentify and deploy AI-driven tools and automation (e.g., intent modeling, agentic workflows, automated playbooks)Improve productivity, reduce friction, and accelerate time-to-revenue across the GTM stackCross-Functional Execution & AlignmentAlign Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance on execution of revenue modelsEnsure commercialization is operationally viable and compliant within a financial services environmentQualifications & Experience1015+ years in business transformation, GTM operations, strategy & operations, or consulting with operator experienceExperience in SaaS, fintech, or financial services technology environmentsProven ability to operationalize product launches and scale GTM execution across multiple productsStrong understanding of multi-product SaaS models, platform strategies, and PLG + enterprise hybrid motionsDemonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives with executive visibilityStrong stakeholder management and executive communication skillsPreferred ExperienceExperience in organizations transitioning from single product to multi-product/platform modelsBackground in fintech, capital markets technology, or regulated SaaS environmentsExperience working closely with Product teams on PLG or product analyticsExposure to modern GTM architecture (CRM, product telemetry, data platforms)SS&C Technologies offers a comprehensive total rewards package designed to support your wellbeing, growth, and future.
