The organization focuses on delivering high-quality patient experiences while optimizing practice workflows.Position SummaryThe Administrator Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting day-to-day operations for a physician practice managed by MDofficeManager. This role requires mandatory healthcare experience and involves direct interaction with patients, providers, and internal teams.The ideal candidate will manage front office operations, coordinate patient services, and handle incoming calls, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all patients and clients.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for patients, visitors, and clientsAnswer high-volume inbound calls, addressing patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, and routing calls appropriatelyCoordinate patient scheduling, referrals, and follow-ups across providersSupport MDofficeManager's practice operations by assisting physicians and office leadershipMaintain and update patient records in EMR/EHR systems accuratelyVerify insurance coverage and assist with patient billing inquiriesEnsure compliance with HIPAA and company policiesManage front desk activities including patient check-in and check-outHandle sensitive patient concerns with professionalism and confidentialityAssist with administrative reporting, documentation, and office coordinationRequired Qualifications2+ years of healthcare administrative experience (required)Prior experience in a physician office, clinic, or healthcare settingStrong experience handling patient calls and front desk responsibilitiesFamiliarity with EMR/EHR systems (e.g., Epic, eClinicalWorks, or similar)Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare workflowsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPreferred QualificationsDegree or certification in Healthcare Administration or related fieldExperience working with third-party practice management organizationsExperience supporting multiple providers or locationsCore CompetenciesPatient-centered service mindsetStrong organizational and multitasking skillsProfessional phone etiquette and communicationAttention to detail and accuracyAbility to work in a fast-paced healthcare environmentWork EnvironmentOn-site role in a medical office setting in Clarksville, INFrequent patient interaction and phone communicationFast-paced environment with multitasking requirements
