Marketing Lead Coach (Coach + Media) Job DescriptionTitle: AIM Marketing Lead CoachHours: 25-30 hours/weekLocation: Prairieview Elementary + AIM TennisReports To: Program DirectorSalary: $17.50/hourWebsite: https://www.acesinmotion.orgMissionTo promote health, academic achievement, and character development through tennis.VisionWe use tennis and the principles of sport to build a community of children, youth, and adults who work, learn, and play hard together.Job Summary:The Marketing & Development Lead Coach (MDLC) plays a dual role at Aces in Motion, serving as both a Youth Development Coach and a key Marketing and Development lead. During programming, the MDLC functions as a coach engaging directly with students in academic support, enrichment, and recreation. Simultaneously, this role is responsible for capturing the AIM experience and leveraging it to support marketing, donor engagement, and fundraising efforts.This position is essential for showcasing AIM's impact to external audiences, including donors, caregivers, board members, and community partners. The MDLC will help translate daily programming into compelling stories that support fundraising, donor retention, and organizational growth. The MDLC should be present at all major AIM events or assign coverage as needed. Strong writing skills, visual media experience, and an interest in development/fundraising are essential.ResponsibilitiesYouth Development & CoachingParticipate in all after-school programming (academic, tennis, enrichment, recreation) based on schedulingFoster a safe, welcoming, and structured learning environment for studentsSupport student engagement, social-emotional learning, and academic growthCollaborate with AIM team members to ensure strong daily program deliveryServe as a positive role model and mentor to youthAssist with tutoring or 1:1 support when needed due to volunteer absencesHelp maintain cleanliness and organization of program spacesDemonstrate trauma-informed and healing-centered practices in all youth interactionsDevelopment and FundraisingTranslate program moments into donor-facing content and impact storiesSupport monthly Mailchimp newsletters highlighting program impact, student stories, and donor recognitionAssist in promoting fundraising campaigns (Amazing Give, events, appeals, etc.)Help create content to support:Grant applications (photos, quotes, outcomes)Sponsorship materials (visuals + storytelling)Track and document key "impact moments" for funding opportunitiesSupport the planning, promotion, and execution of AIM events, including capturing content and highlighting donor and community engagement momentsMedia & CommunicationsCapture high-quality photos and videos during programming and eventsShare weekly visual content with Executive Director for social media and marketingWrite monthly program highlights and student stories for AIM's:Instagram & Facebook (weekly)Mailchimp newsletters to donors, board, and caregivers (monthly)Support donor engagement through storytelling, including impact stories, student spotlights, and program updatesAssist in creating content for fundraising campaigns, sponsorship outreach, and donor communicationsSupport promotion and communications for fundraising events (e.g., gala, community events, campaigns)Ensure youth media permissions are respected in all contentEdit AIM's official website (acesinmotion.org) as needed (staff changes, programs, events, etc.)Attend or coordinate coverage for all major AIM events (Family Dinners, tournaments, banquets, etc.)Maintain internal photo/video archive organized by date, school year, and activity via Google DriveCollaborate with the Program Director and Executive Director on communications and development strategyQualificationsExperience working with youth in educational or enrichment settingsStrong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skillsProficiency in social media platforms and Mailchimp or similar platformsAbility to work independently while staying responsive to team needsDetail-oriented and organized with strong time managementAdaptable and energetic; thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environmentCulturally responsive and values diversity and inclusionProfessional demeanor and communication styleValid FL Driver's License and reliable transportation preferredMust complete DCF Level II Background CheckCPR/AED and First Aid Certification within 90 days of hireBonus Skills (Preferred)Photography or videography experience (phone or camera-based)Graphic design or Canva experiencePrevious experience managing newsletters or social media for an organization
