Job Title: CIAM Engineer (Customer Identity and Access Management) Location: Manhattan, NY (Hybrid)Duration 6-8 months (potentially through End Of Year)Job Description: Department: Cloud and Platform Security – CDRR Program: Modern Desktop ProgramPosition Summary: We are seeking a skilled CIAM (Customer Identity and Access Management) Engineer to support the Modern Desktop Program within the Cyber Data Risk & Resilience (CDRR) organization. This role will be based in the NY Metro area and will focus on designing, implementing, and managing identity and access solutions that ensure secure and seamless user experiences across modern desktop environments. Key Responsibilities:Design and implement CIAM solutions aligned with the firm's security architecture and Modern Desktop objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Security Engineering, Infrastructure, and Application teams to integrate identity services.Support the migration of legacy access systems to modern CIAM platforms.Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal security standards for identity governance.Develop and maintain documentation for CIAM configurations, policies, and procedures.Monitor and respond to identity-related incidents and support audit activities.Contribute to the development of automation and self-service capabilities for identity lifecycle management.Qualifications:5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, with a focus on CIAM.Strong understanding of authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect).Experience with identity platforms such as Azure AD, Okta, Ping Identity, or similar.Familiarity with endpoint security and desktop management in enterprise environments.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or related field.Preferred:Experience supporting large-scale desktop modernization or cloud transformation programs.Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to identity and access management.Why Join Us: This is an opportunity to play a critical role in a high-visibility program that is transforming the firm's desktop infrastructure.
