Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Hours: 9am-2pm and 4pm-6pm

We here at Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC are on the hunt for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and driven Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to become an integral part of our mission-driven clinical team. If you have a passion for helping children with autism and developmental disabilities reach their full potential, we want you.
Responsibilities:
Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA
supervision across home, school, and center-based
settings
Collect accurate session data and enter
documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each
session
Maintain consistent fidelity to individualized behavior
intervention plans (BIPs)
Participate in the 7-day and 30-day new hire check-in
process
Maintain professional communication with families
and report observations to supervising BCBA
Skills:
Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience working
with children with developmental disabilities
Current RBT certification
Experience with ABA data collection and session
documentation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, creativity, and genuine passion for
supporting the autism community
