Serving communities throughout New Jersey, we specialize in supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs using evidence-based ABA practices.About the Role:We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) to join our In-Home ABA Therapy team in Cherry Hill Township, New Jersey. As an RBT at Imagination ABA Therapy, you will work one-on-one with children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder, providing in-home ABA therapy sessions and supporting their skill development, functional communication, independence, and real-world outcomes.Responsibilities:Conduct in-home ABA therapy sessions with children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum DisorderDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Collect and record data on client progress and behaviorCollaborate with BCBA's and other professionals to ensure effective treatment planning and implementationMaintain accurate and thorough records of client progress and treatment sessionsAssist with scheduling and preparation for therapy sessionsProvide support and guidance to parents and caregivers on implementing ABA strategies in various settingsRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent requiredCompletion of a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training program and certificationExperience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to travel to clients' homes as neededWhat We Offer:Opportunities for professional growth and development in a collaborative and supportive team environmentOngoing supervision, training, and mentorship from experienced BCBA'sCompetitive salaryHow to Apply:If you are a dedicated and compassionate professional with a passion for helping children and families, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
