Memory Care AideWe are seeking compassionate Memory Care Aides to provide specialized personal care and support to residents living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia within a senior living community setting.Assist memory care residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygieneEngage residents in therapeutic activities and meaningful daily routinesMonitor and document resident behavior, mood, and physical conditionUse person-centered, dementia-informed care approaches in all interactionsCommunicate resident changes to nursing staff promptly and accuratelyMaintain a calm, structured, and safe environment for memory care residentsCNA certification or equivalent personal care aide experience requiredExperience working with memory care or dementia residents strongly preferredDementia care training or certification a plusCPR/BLS certification requiredStrong patience, empathy, and communication skills
