We focus on aligning candidates’ skills with our clients’ business goals while ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.About the ClientOur client is a rapidly growing digital marketing agency specializing in custom web design, SEO, SEM, and lead generation for clients across the dental industry in the U.S. They are looking for a dedicated Local SEO & SEM Manager to join their team and take ownership of client campaigns, driving measurable results in local search performance.About the RoleThis is a hands-on role responsible for managing local SEO and SEM initiatives for multiple clients, with a strong emphasis on Google Business Profile optimization, Google Map Pack rankings, and lead generation. The role requires both strategic insight and operational execution, including SEO audits, content recommendations, paid media management, and performance reporting.ResponsibilitiesManage local SEO and SEM campaigns for multiple clients, focusing on Google Business Profile optimization, map pack rankings, and lead generation.Perform audits of client websites and Google Business Profiles, identifying opportunities for improvement in content, backlinks, citations, schema, and technical SEO.Track keyword rankings, visibility, and conversion metrics using local grid tracking tools, analytics dashboards, and reporting platforms.Monitor and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy updates, targeting, and performance analysis.Create content recommendations for websites, location pages, service pages, blogs, and FAQs.Coordinate with copywriters, designers, and developers to implement SEO and SEM strategies effectively.Build weekly and monthly performance reports to track KPIs, wins, risks, and actionable insights.Maintain SOPs, checklists, and organized workflows to ensure consistent and high-quality execution.Conduct competitive research to identify opportunities for improvement in client rankings, backlinks, and local visibility.RequirementsMust-Have3–6 years of hands-on experience in local SEO and SEM for local businesses.Advanced English proficiency.Proven experience ranking local businesses in Google Maps and managing Google Business Profiles.Advanced knowledge of local SEO ranking factors, review strategy, citations, backlinks, service pages, location pages, and conversion tracking.Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, CallRail, and WordPress.Ability to diagnose ranking drops, traffic declines, tracking issues, and campaign inefficiencies.Strong analytical skills and comfort working with dashboards, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.Nice-to-HaveExperience with competitive local service industries such as dental, restaurant, legal, healthcare, or home services.Knowledge of link-building strategies and community outreach for local businesses.Familiarity with BrightLocal, Local Viking, Local Falcon, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, or Sitebulb.Experience managing paid social campaigns and coordinating creative assets.Experience in client-facing roles or account management.Benefits & Work DetailsCompensation: $3,500 – $5,500 USD/month, depending on seniority100% remote contractor positionPaid time off: 14 days PTO + Paid Christmas week + 4th of July week + U.S. holidaysWork schedule: 9 AM – 5 PM Mountain Standard Time (some flexibility for overlapping hours with the U.S. team)If you have proven expertise in local SEO and SEM, a track record of driving measurable results for local businesses, and are looking for a dynamic remote role, we’d love to hear from you.Please submit your resume and prepare a relevant case study highlighting your experience in Google Map Pack results, SEO improvements, and campaign performance.
