Sr Structural Engineer

This role blends technical design work with quality‑minded review and real‑world coordination to ensure structures are safe, buildable, and code‑compliant. Key Responsibilities Perform structural analysis and design for concrete, precast, and structural steel systems using tools such as RISA, SP‑SLAB, and SP‑Column. Develop engineering calculations and design packages aligned with ACI requirements and project standards. Support quality control reviews of drawings, details, and deliverables to maintain accuracy and constructability. Participate in field support activities including site visits, coordination meetings, and inspection follow‑ups as needed. Work closely with internal teams and external partners to resolve design questions and keep projects moving forward. Key Qualifications Experience using structural analysis and design software including RISA, SP‑SLAB, and SP‑Column. Strong background in concrete and precast structural systems. Working knowledge of ACI design standards and structural engineering best practices. Experience with structural steel design concepts and detailing coordination. Ability to support QC review processes and deliver well‑organized documentation. Comfortable supporting field‑related coordination and inspection activities. Strong attention to detail with excellent technical problem‑solving skills. Effective communicator and team‑oriented mindset.
