Structural Engineer

We are seeking skilled and motivated Structural Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the analysis, design, and evaluation of structural systems for residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects. This role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, efficient, and innovative engineering solutions while ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.Key Responsibilities:Perform structural analysis and design for buildings, bridges, and other infrastructure projects.Prepare engineering calculations, technical reports, drawings, and specifications.Review project plans and ensure compliance with applicable building codes and regulations.Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, contractors, and project stakeholders.Conduct site visits, inspections, and structural assessments.Support project planning, budgeting, and construction activities.Identify and resolve structural design challenges while maintaining project schedules.Ensure quality, safety, and performance standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.Strong understanding of structural analysis, design principles, and construction methods.Experience with structural engineering software such as ETABS, STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, RISA, or similar.Knowledge of steel, concrete, timber, and masonry design.Familiarity with relevant building codes, standards, and engineering practices.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Preferred Skills:Experience with BIM/Revit and other design tools.Knowledge of seismic, wind, and foundation engineering.Experience across commercial, residential, industrial, or infrastructure projects.Professional Engineer (PE) license or progress toward licensure is a plus.What We Offer:Competitive compensation and benefits.Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.Collaborative and innovative work environment.Exposure to diverse and impactful engineering projects.📩 If you are passionate about structural design, engineering innovation, and building resilient infrastructure, we encourage you to apply today!
