We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role Generate, review, and edit user-focused documentation in collaboration with engineering and operations teams. Evaluate and prioritize tasks to effectively support product documentation efforts and maintain project timelines. Effectively communicate and manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring risks are identified and shared with leadership in a timely manner. Contribute to building a culture of exemplary technical documentation and champion a living documentation process. Partner with product and operations teams to develop accurate, up-to-date, and easily understandable documentation for complex products. Ensure user documentation plays a critical role in enabling front-line operators to effectively leverage advanced systems.What You'll Need 4+ years of demonstrated experience in generating technical documentation. Proven experience in writing user-facing technical documentation. Experience reading and interpreting engineering documentation. Proficiency in building content across various formats, including Word and XML.
