As aTalent Acquisition Partner - Therapy , you’ll own the end-to-end recruitment process for high-demand travel healthcare positions across the country. Your success will directly impact patient care by ensuring ourcliniciansare in the right place, at the right time, and with the right support.
This role is fast-paced, rewarding, and critical to our mission.
Key Responsibilities
Managefull-cycle recruitingfor travel clinicians, including sourcing, screening, presenting offers, and onboarding
Build and nurture a talent pipeline with a focus on hard-to-fill roles
Partner closely with Account Managers to understand evolvingclientneeds and deliver results fast
Ensure all placements meetcomplianceand credentialing standards across multiple states
Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with travelers to supportrepeat assignments
Document all activity in ATS with accuracy and urgency
What You Bring
Minimum 2 years of healthcare staffing experiencerequired;travel nurse and therapy recruiting experience essential
Track record of success in acompetitive, outcome-focused environment
Naturalcuriosityand agility in navigating different markets, tools, and candidate personas
Strong organizational and time-management skills
High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred
Proficiency in ATS/CRM systems and digital sourcing platforms
Valid driver’s license
