DriverJunior Personal Assistant Military or Law Enforcement Background Required

A private family in Miami Beach is seeking a professional Driver/ Junior PA to provide safe and professional transportation for the principals and their pre-teen child, while also supporting logistical and household needs under the direction of the Executive Personal Assistant / Chief of Staff. This role is for a local Miami-based candidate who knows the city and surrounding areas well. If you enjoy being on the road and take pride in providing safe, smooth, and reliable transportation, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.The family is looking for someone with experience in law enforcement or tactical driving and will only consider candidates with that background or similar.****Family vehicle provided for exclusive professional use. ****What You'll Do:Safely transport the Principal to and from the office, home, and appointmentsHandle early airport transfers - the principals travel frequently.Drive pre-teen to school daily and to other appointments as needed.Maintain household vehicles (fuel, cleanliness, stocking essentials like water, umbrella, chargers, etc.)Assist with errands independently as neededProvide a consistently professional, trustworthy, and secure presence behind the wheel.Coordinate with vendors as directed by Executive PA.Assist with relocation logistics as directed by Executive PA.Maintain discretion and professionalism while principals work during car ridesIdeal Candidate:Required: Local to Miami with strong knowledge of MiamiLaw Enforcement or tactical driving background required.Holds a valid driver's license with a clean driving recordDependable, punctual, and a problem-solverStrong communication skills and comfortable working directly with PrincipalsExperience in chauffeur level driving a plus but not mandatoryExperience as a Personal Assistant in an UHNW home a plus but not mandatoryProfessional appearance: Formal attire required.Basic First Aid/CPR training a plusFlexible for occasional evenings and weekends for events and travelWorks well with household staff as part of a small but growing teamCompensation & Benefits:Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm, with occasional evenings/weekendsSalary: $130,000+ annually DOEStart Date: March 2026Live-in/Live-out: Live-outBenefits: Full Health Insurance package, PTO and 401KPlease Note: The Candidate will subject to a comprehensive background screening including criminal history, driving record, employment verification, and social media review.
