We are currently seeking a detail-oriented HR Coordinator who is also skilled in scheduling to join our growing team. Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic HR Coordinator who will play a crucial role in supporting our HR functions while also managing scheduling tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our ABA services. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities: HR Coordination: Assist with recruitment processes including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Manage employee onboarding and orientation to ensure a seamless integration into the team. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and handle HR documentation. Support employee relations and address inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures. Coordinate and assist with benefits administration and other HR-related tasks as needed. Scheduling: Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for ABA services. Coordinate appointments and sessions with clients, therapists, and other stakeholders. Handle scheduling conflicts and make necessary adjustments to maintain service efficiency. Monitor and track attendance to ensure compliance with scheduling requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in an HR coordination role or similar position. Must speak Spanish Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR software (e.g., HRIS). Experience with scheduling software or tools is a plus. Knowledge or experience in the ABA industry is a bonus, but not required.
