Here, your ideas matter, your growth is prioritized, and your career has limitless potential.What You'll Be Doing:Design & Technical ContributionsAssist in the design of HVAC systems using advanced engineering tools and methodologiesSupport energy modeling, life cycle cost analysis, and system feasibility studiesPerform load calculations and assist with equipment sizing and selectionDesign and layout ductwork and hydronic systemsContribute to plumbing and controls system designsPrepare specifications and coordinate with drawings from other disciplinesStay current with applicable codes, standards, and sustainability practicesProject Support & CoordinationCollaborate with internal team members across disciplines to meet project deadlines and quality standardsParticipate in internal reviews, project meetings, and site visits as neededSupport project documentation and submittalsProvide technical input during proposal development and project planningWhat You Bring to the Team:Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or related field (required)5-15 years of mechanical design experience in the AEC industryPE license (required); if not licensed in Oklahoma, must obtain within two yearsProficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office SuiteFamiliarity with HVAC load and energy modeling tools (e.g., Carrier HAP, Trane TRACE)Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively on multi-discipline teamsWillingness to travel to project sites as neededEssential Physical Functions:Sit/stand at a desk or computerWalk, stoop, stand and move around job sitesTravel and occasional site visits requiring stooping, standing, and lifting up to 30 lbs.Frequent communication via phone, video, or in-person meetingsAbility to focus on digital and paper-based information for extended periodsSome project-based travel may be requiredLet's Build the Future Together!If you're ready to make an impact, challenge the status quo, and grow with a forward-thinking, employee-owned company, we want to hear from you.
