Formulate corresponding management templates according to PMC of the center, coordinate various departments as a whole, and arrange relevant data statistics/reports/meetings, etc.;2. Coordinate and standardize all PMC functional business processes, open up business flows within departments/groups, and promote the horizontal development of processes;3. According to the current logistics mode and PMC actual cost data, analyze and promote the cost improvement scheme;4.
