CNC Programmer

We are looking for an experienced CNC Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CNC programming, related softwares, and machining operations. The successful candidate will be able to read and interpret blueprints, write programs for CNC machines, and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the machining process. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities: Primary responsibilities are to produce machined parts by programming, setting up and operating of both conventional (manual) and CNC lathes and mills. Program Mills and Lathes, may interface with CNC programs as necessary to input data Set-up Mills and Lathes by installing chucks, tools and attachments Verify settings by measuring positions, first run part and sample work pieces, adhering to national standards. Follow written and verbal instruction accurately including the ability to read blueprint, AutoCAD and Solidworks drawings. Use of inspection measurement instruments to inspect parts prior to, during and after machine operations. Maintain part tolerances, detect problems and trouble shoot set-ups. Participate in problem solving and continuous improvement efforts. 2-4 years CNC Machining experience in a regulated industry. Ability to program G-Code and make programming adjustments Applicant Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, and their applications CNC Machining; Daewoo, Emco-Maier and Yama-Seiki with Fanuc controls. Drug Testing Required.
