Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Program Manager (PM)We are seeking a highly skilled Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Program Manager (PM) with strong global intelligence and travel risk management experience to lead a GSOC team of eight (8) analysts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of security intelligence operations, incident and crisis management, protocol development and implementation, duty of care, and managing and mentoring direct reports.Under the general direction of the Embedded Intelligence Services (EIS) Senior Intelligence Manager, the PM will oversee Crisis24's implementation of the 24/7 Intelligence GSOC and execute tasks related to the client's integrated risk management and global security program. The PM will be located at the client's Rolling Meadows, IL office and will be available to travel on occasion.Location: Rolling Meadows, ILWhat You Will Work onServe as primary liaison between the client and the client's dedicated Crisis24 GSOCSet priorities for the GSOC, direct analysts' daily activities as necessary, ensure the team is meeting all deliverables in a timely manner, and direct the GSOC's response to incidentsOversee the GSOC's operations and intelligence functions, including intelligence collection, quality control, training, and delivery of GSOC productsDevelop, implement, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) based on client guidance or programmatic needsAvailable for immediate consultation and informal information sharing with the on-duty team, as requiredBackfill for analyst shifts as requiredRegularly collaborate and benchmark with other Crisis24 managers and teamsUnderstand the client's footprint and interests to anticipate client needsDeliver oral and written intelligence and programmatic briefings to members of the client's security team or business leadership teamsMaintain relevant client metrics and produce regular reportsOther managerial duties as required, including approving timecards and PTO requests, scheduling shifts, and personnel and team management (hiring, training, professional development, conflict resolution, etc.)Other duties as assigned within the scope of the dedicated client programWhat You Will BringBachelor's degree required; Master's degree or equivalent experience is preferredMinimum of seven (7) years of experience in intelligence analysis, threat assessment, incident response, and management, or a related field required. Previous 24/7 GSOC experience and managing at least one direct report preferred.Exceptional analytic skills, including researching, writing, and briefing, and the ability to lead training for analysts in these skillsExtensive knowledge of analytic techniques and tradecraft a plusExtensive customer service experience in a client-facing roleExperience mentoring analysts and leading complex projects with multiple participants or analystsEffective problem-solving and multi-tasking skills with the ability to organize and prioritize work with little supervisionEstablishing and maintaining positive professional rapport with colleagues, subject matter experts, and client contactsSubject matter expertise in a location, security-related topic, or analytic process preferredForeign language and travel experience preferredExperience overseeing other analysts' work and ensuring analysis meets company standardsDemonstrated ability to provide constructive feedbackDemonstrated ability to manage personnelDemonstrated client interface and management skillsEffective problem-solving, time management, and people management skillsKnowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPointKnowledge of Google Earth and MapsSelf-motivated, highly flexible, and possesses a strong initiativeNote:This is an on-site positionOccasional overnight and weekend work may be required on a case-by-case basis to meet Crisis24's core 24/7 missionExtensive periods of sittingOccasional travel to events or client locations may be requiredCandidates will be asked to pass a pre-employment background check, as well as writing and technology aptitude screenings as a condition of employment
