GTMS Delivery Manager (Bilingual English/Spanish)

This role requires an in-depth knowledge of Project Management principles, ability to understand business needs and have a good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologyResponsibilities:Provide project management oversight for assigned projectsManage multiple clients/projects at any given timeDevelop and manage milestone plans with key activities and dependenciesLead customer Executive Steering Committee meetings and weekly PMO status meetingsIdentify and close new service opportunities for your assigned clientsManage project status' and client expectations and escalate as neededManage teams of consultants to meet project timelinesMonitor issues and risks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring to resolutionParticipate in requirement gathering sessionsAbility to lead a team to problem solve business or technical issuesManage SOW/Contract requirements and related change requests (CR)Monitor and manage project labor and expense budgets in Contract Management softwareThe compensation for this position is $120k to $150k annually. Base pay will vary depending on factors, including but not limited to a candidate's location, job-related knowledge, skills, and work experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities and other forms of discretionary annual bonus. Vistex | Now it all adds up.QualificationsEducationDegree: BachelorsExperienceProficient to speak with business users in English and Spanish.Relevant work experience with North America and Latin America regionsAbility to work with customer Executive Level Management and business users to help them understand the solution for their business processesExperience managing projects end-to-end from Initiation, Requirements, Design, Build, Test and Go-LiveExperienced in issue management and escalation processesExcellent communication and client handling skillsIndependent thinking with keen problem-solving skillsAbility to learn new software quickly.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Cloud implementation experience a plus handling business software projects preferred.Project Management Professional (PMP) CertificationsSAP experience other ERP experience
