Offsite Field Superintendent | Southern CaliforniaA highly reputable homebuilder to bring on an Offsite Field Superintendent to support land development operations across Orange County, LA, Inland Empire, and surrounding markets.This is a field-focused role overseeing offsite construction for multiple residential communities—ideal for someone with strong experience in site development, grading, and utilities who enjoys being hands-on and driving projects forward in the field.What You’ll Be Doing:Oversee offsite construction including grading, wet/dry utilities, paving, and street improvementsManage schedules, budgets, and quality across multiple active communitiesCoordinate with trade partners, engineers, and municipalitiesEnsure SWPPP/NPDES compliance and handle agency inspectionsSupport project turnover from land development to vertical constructionWhat We’re Looking For:5+ years of field experience in land/site developmentBackground in grading, utilities, and offsite improvementsStrong understanding of civil plans, specs, and construction sequencingExperience working with municipalities and inspectorsHomebuilder experience is a plus
