Role Description This is a full-time on-site Accounting Manager role based in Georgetown, TX. The Accounting Manager will oversee daily accounting operations, including managing accounts payable and receivable, budget preparation, financial forecasting, and payroll processes. The role requires preparing accurate financial reports, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and contributing to process improvements. Additionally, the Accounting Manager will take the lead in audits and provide guidance and mentorship to the accounting team to ensure overall operational efficiency and financial integrity. Qualifications Strong accounting skills, including financial reporting, reconciliation, and general ledger managementProficiency in budget preparation, financial forecasting, and variance analysisExperience with payroll processes, accounts payable, and accounts receivable managementKnowledge of accounting regulations and regulatory compliance requirementsProficient in using accounting software and Microsoft ExcelExcellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsAbility to lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvementBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA certification preferred)Prior experience in a management or supervisory role in accounting or finance is highly desirable
