Job Title: Systems Analyst – Consultant (PeopleSoft Financials & HR) (10465) Location: Columbia, SC (Hybrid – 1 day onsite/week) Duration: 12 Months (High possibility of extension) Interview Process: 1 Round – Phone Work Hours: 35 hours/weekWork Environment & RequirementsHybrid role – candidate must work onsite at least 1 day per week Must be a current resident of South Carolina (SC) or North Carolina (NC) No relocation allowedKey ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business and technical requirements for PeopleSoft Financials and HR modules Design, develop, test, and implement PeopleSoft solutions Develop and maintain SQR, Application Engine programs, and PeopleCode Support system enhancements, upgrades, and production issues Create and maintain reports using Crystal Reports and BI Publisher Develop and manage integrations using Component Interfaces Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions Perform unit testing, system testing, and support UAT activities Troubleshoot and resolve system defects and performance issues Ensure adherence to development standards and best practices Required Skills & Experience10+ years of experience with PeopleSoft Financials and HR (analysis, development, implementation, and testing) 10+ years of experience with Structured Query Reports (SQR) 10+ years of experience with PeopleSoft Application Engine programming 10+ years of experience with PeopleTools (version 8.60+) 10+ years of experience with PeopleCode development 10+ years of experience with Crystal Reports 10+ years of experience with COBOL programming 10+ years of experience with BI Publisher 10+ years of experience with Component Interfaces
