Location: Austin, TX OnsiteIntroductionMetadata is at the heart of our client services, powering key aspects of the customer experience including TV content, UI, Universal Search, and Siri. The Metadata Ops team ensures the services products have the metadata quality and coverage needed to offer a best-in-class customer experience. This role is crucial in monitoring metadata quality and accuracy, allowing qualified metadata to surface on the TV app platform, investigating issues, and providing resolutions.Required Skills & QualificationsAt least 3 years of experience in digital media, technology, or related industryAn up-to-date and wide variety knowledge of movies, TV shows, and social media platformsAn understanding of the TV app's services and featuresPossess a deep understanding of complex, large-scale media content management systems (CMS), and how metadata interplays and impacts the end-user experiencePrior work experience at the client or in the client's industryApplicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.Preferred Skills & QualificationsProject and/or program management experience, certifications are a plusExperience with some or all of the following: Client products (macOS, tvOS, iOS, iPadOS, Keynote, Numbers), MS Office, project management tooling, XMLExperience with using reporting and data visualization tools such as GBI or Tableau are a plusDay-to-Day ResponsibilitiesOversee and monitor ingested metadata and ensure the highest quality for featuring on the TV app platformCurate metadata for movies and TV shows using an internal CMSProvide immediate resolutions to functional issues by investigating and working closely with cross-functional teams for diagnosisCompany Benefits & CultureDynamic and engaging work environmentOpportunities for professional growth and developmentCollaborative and supportive team cultureFor immediate consideration please click APPLY to begin the screening process with Alex.
