In this role, you’ll be responsible for setting up and operating press brake machines to bend and form metal parts according to specifications. You'll play a key role in ensuring parts are produced accurately, efficiently, and on time. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate press brake machines to form metal components to exact specifications Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and shop drawings Select proper tooling and make machine adjustments for material type and thickness Perform quality checks and inspect parts for accuracy and finish Maintain production levels while ensuring safety and quality standards are met Troubleshoot and correct any machine or part issues during production Keep a clean and organized work area and follow all safety protocols Requirements: Experience operating a press brake (Amada, Cincinnati, or Trumpf) is a plus, but we’re happy to train motivated candidates. Ability to read blueprints, shop drawings, and use precision measuring tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs and stand for long periodsSchedule:1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM (3-day weekends!)
