Apply now…you won’t be disappointed!Job Summary:We are seeking full and part time housekeepers to join our exceptional team in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment at The Lodge. Housekeepers play an essential role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and appreciation of their home away from home.Key Responsibilities:Cleaning of guest rooms before and after their stayCleaning of public spaces in The Lodge and throughout the propertyAssist in preparation of space and cleaning up conference room spacesAssist with taking care of group needs during meetings, such as refreshing coffee, water, etc.Processing of laundry sheets, towels, kitchen items, etc., as neededAssist with deep cleaning projects, as necessaryCleaning of Island Retreat and Island Home, as neededPreparing the Lodge for specific needs of the incoming groupsResponding to guest requests in a timely and helpful mannerOther duties and projects as assignedQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent qualificationPrevious housekeeping experience strongly preferredA strong customer service acumen and team player willing to pitch in where neededA strong sense of responsibility and integrity along with a positive attitudeExcellent communication, organization, and reliability skillsAptitude for multi-taskingMust be able to work cooperatively and efficiently as part of a teamAbility to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends as neededAbility to stand for 8-hour shifts and lift at least 20 pounds
