Senior Wholesale Account Specialist
Senior Wholesale Account Specialist, a full-time remote position responsible for providing industry-leading customer service to national accounts, managing customer support and operational issues throughout the order management process.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with internal and external customers to provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries
Oversee specialized accounts and manage unique customer requirements
Process data entry and order management tasks, collaborating with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications:
Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred
2+ years of customer service experience, preferably as a Runner Experience Specialist
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
1+ years of Wholesale Order Management experience
Advanced understanding of order lifecycle systems and reporting tools
