US Distribution Channel Account ManagerThe US Distribution Channel Account Manager performs revenue creating and commercial activities associated with the development of an assigned portfolio of distributors related to assigned territory. This role oversees and manages negotiations with assigned distributors, ensuring individual sales quotas achievement, distributors' satisfaction and solid long-term relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesIncrease brand and product awareness of Datalogic Data Capture products with distributors and be instrumental to grow run-rate/SMB through them.Deploy Distribution Program, Pricing Policy and Distribution Contracts with distributors, ensuring adoption and compliance.Design, develop and maintain Account Plans for Distributors locally, working together with Channel Marketing and the local Channel sales Team.Coordinate the involvement of Datalogic key stakeholders (Industries, Finance, Operations...) to meet Distributors' performance objectives and expectations.Constantly monitor Distributors' booking and ensuring sufficient stocking to enable projected Sells out and opportunities (SI-SO Alignment)Manage Product launches with distributors (initial stock, events, training, incentives).Be the reference point for the distributors' sales teams for any topic.Oversee training, education as well as sales enablement of Distributors' sales force.Monitor product positioning, competitors and benchmarking.Monitor Distributors performances and perform Quarterly Business Reviews with assigned Distributors (KPIs, sales, service level...).QualificationsEducation (School/Specialization)Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering or equivalent work experience;Primary LanguageEnglishExperienceExperience in B2B Sales gained, preferably in the same industry, selling AIDC solutions and managing distributors;Competencies and SkillsFamiliarity with CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.Team player, problem solver, results oriented, critical and independent thinker.Deep understanding of channel and distribution mechanisms. Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities. Proven capability to drive and execute business plans effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized and structured approach to work.
