We need someone who can think strategically, manage multiple searches at once, communicate professionally with candidates and clients, and operate with urgency in a small-company environment.The Business Development function will remain separate, but this person will be responsible for managing the recruiting execution after a role or search is opened.Key ResponsibilitiesFull-Cycle Recruiting ExecutionManage active legal recruiting searches from intake to offer stage.Partner with leadership to understand open roles, client needs, search priorities, and ideal candidate profiles.Create and execute search strategies for legal roles across the U.S. market.Source, screen, qualify, and present strong legal candidates.Manage candidate pipelines and ensure constant progress on each active search.Take ownership of follow-ups, interview coordination, status updates, and next steps.Maintain high attention to detail throughout the process.Candidate Sourcing & ScreeningIdentify qualified candidates using LinkedIn, databases, referrals, job boards, and other sourcing channels.Screen candidates for legal experience, practice area, career goals, compensation expectations, location, availability, and cultural fit.Assess communication skills, professionalism, motivation, and long-term fit.Prepare candidate summaries and recommendations for client review.Ensure candidate information is accurate, complete, and professionally presented.Client & Search ManagementCommunicate with clients regarding candidate updates, interview feedback, process status, and search progress.Understand client expectations and translate them into effective recruiting execution.Keep searches moving quickly and proactively identify bottlenecks.Provide clear updates to leadership on pipeline status, candidate quality, risks, and next steps.Manage multiple searches without losing urgency or quality.Process Ownership & CoordinationCoordinate interviews between candidates and clients across U.S. time zones.Follow up consistently with candidates and clients to avoid delays.Track all activity accurately in the ATS/CRM.
