User Experience Designer

Job Description:The UX Designer will build and maintain reusable design components. They will ensure design consistency across new and existing components. Collaboration with product owners and other designers is crucial for creating accurate components. The designer will adhere to design standards and governance practices. Participation in all phases of the design process is expected.Essential Skills: Familiarity with CSS| JavaScript| and HTML is beneficial. Experience in agile environments can enhance adaptability. Understanding of design tokens and their application in design systems is advantageous. Knowledge of user research methodologies can improve design outcomes. Experience in fast-paced iterative processes is a plus.Proficiency in Figma for designing user interfaces is essential. Understanding of design systems and the ability to create reusable components is critical. Strong communication skills are necessary for collaboration with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) is a must.
