The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing scalable enterprise applications, implementing business rule engines, and supporting cloud-native application deployments in a modern DevOps environment.Required Skills & ExperienceStrong hands-on experience with Drools for business rule management and decision engine implementation Proficiency in Java with solid understanding of object-oriented design principles Experience developing microservices using Spring Boot Familiarity with Azure Cloud services, including deployment, configuration, and monitoring Ability to design and implement scalable, high-performance applications Experience integrating rule engines with enterprise applications and APIs Knowledge of RESTful services and microservices architecture Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in a cloud environment Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot production issues Good communication and documentation skills Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Java applications Implement and manage business rules using Drools Develop scalable microservices using Spring Boot Integrate APIs and enterprise applications in Azure cloud environments Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support automated deployments Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders Create technical documentation and follow development best practices Preferred QualificationsExperience with Docker and Kubernetes Familiarity with Azure DevOps and cloud-native deployment models Exposure to Kafka or enterprise messaging systems Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Knowledge of distributed systems and enterprise integration patterns
