Position Type:Athletics/Activities/CoachingDate Posted:2/5/2026Location:Platte Valley Middle SchoolDate Available:2026-MS Volleyball SeasonClosing Date:open until filledPlatte Valley Middle School-Assistant Volleyball Coach- 7th GradeDesired:Two years of experience as a Volleyball player or as a coach.Knowledge of Volleyball skills, rules, and applicable drills.Reports to and evaluated by: Head Coach/Athletic director.Job Goal: To promote a middle school Volleyball program in which the student can excel to her full potential while competing in an atmosphere that adds to her total education including his physical well-being, moral character and social and mental development.Essential Duties & Performance Responsibilities:Assists in the coordination of the Volleyball program at the Middle School level.Assists in the development and organization of practice programs to provide both individual and team development.Instructs student-athletes on sport knowledge, rules and techniquesActs as a liaison for the Middle School Volleyball program to the staff, administration, high school Volleyball program and general public.Assists in the planning and responsibilities for hosted tournaments.
