About the job Responsibilities: Management and handling of assigned cases from start to finish including initial reports through to trial preparation and planning.Prepare and draft legal documents, pleadings and motions.Draft and respond to discovery.Take and defend depositions.Prepare for and attend hearings and court appearances as needed.Analyze claims and provide carrier with interpretive evaluation.Draft detailed comprehensive status reports to carriers/clients. Qualifications: Minimum 4 years years of practice/California bar admissionTeam player but has ability to work independently as wellExperience with Microsoft-based computer programsStrong analytical and problem solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong experience with entering billing time and descriptions for all billable work Please send resume, salary requirements and a writing sample.
