Job DescriptionBoutique litigation firm in Pleasanton is seeking an experienced litigation associate to join their busy practice.Responsibilities:Management and handling from start to finish of assigned casesPrepare and draft legal documents, pleadings and motions. Draft and respond to discovery. Take and defend depositions. Attend hearings and court appearances as needed. Analyze claims and provide carrier with interpretive evaluation.
