The Business Development Manager will also be responsible for sourcing new partners to work with Flix.This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in business development, adept at navigating complex negotiations and fostering long‐term relationships.About the RoleManage and nurture relationships with existing partners, ensuring mutual growth and profitabilityIdentify and secure new partnerships with intercity bus operators and other relevant stakeholders to expand Flix's presence in the U.S. East regionConduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes, informing strategic decisionsWork closely with internal teams, including Network Planning, Operations, Finance, and Marketing, to ensure cohesive strategy executionDevelop processes and coordinate a variety of projects, ensuring fluid interactions between departments and timely delivery of resultsAnalyze and optimize partner performance using data‐driven insights, collaborating with internal teams to adjust network strategy and maximize profitabilityServe as a Flix ambassador at industry events, conferences, and meetings, enhancing brand visibility and credibilityAbout YouBachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Communications or a related field3–5 years of experience in an externally facing role (business development, sales, account management, consulting or strategic roles)Full of ambition, not afraid of rapid change, and able to deal with ambiguityStrong analytical abilities, strong negotiation skills, excellent communication skills, proficiency in data‐driven decision‐making, and capable of building strong relationships with various types of companies and stakeholdersEntrepreneurial mindset, self‐motivated, and capable of working autonomously to achieve ambitious targetsWillingness to travel, about 20% of timeSalary Range: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 USDWhat We OfferWork from (M)Anywhere : Depending on your role, work from another location for up to 60 days per year.Hybrid work model : We are an office‐first company, but we offer flexibility to balance work and life.Wellbeing support : Access confidential 1:1 counselling, courses, and stress management for yourself and up to four family members.Learning & Development : Take advantage of language classes, training courses, and expert‐led sessions to grow your skills.Mentoring Program : Connect with experienced colleagues to gain insights and accelerate your career.Equal Employment OpportunityFlix provides equal employment opportunities to applicants and employees without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability.
