Apply via Dice today!OCM LeadTop Consulting is looking for an OCM Lead that will drive change initiatives within our client s manufacturing and retail operations, ensuring successful adoption of new processes, systems, and organizational structures. The role will work closely with project teams, business leaders, and stakeholders to minimize disruption, maximize engagement, and deliver measurable results from transformation initiatives.Responsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive Organizational Change Management strategy for manufacturing and retail transformation projects.Assess change impact, readiness, and organizational culture to tailor interventions for different business units and roles.Lead communication, training, and engagement plans to ensure adoption of new processes, tools, and systems.Partner with project managers and business leaders to integrate OCM activities into overall project plans.Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and stakeholder meetings to promote understanding and buy-in.Monitor and report on change adoption metrics, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.Support leadership in reinforcing change, ensuring sustainability of new processes and behaviors.Act as a subject matter expert in OCM methodologies, leveraging Prosci, ADKAR, or similarQualifications:5+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, preferably in manufacturing or retail environments.Experience with ERP, supply chain, or retail systems implementations.Experience in global or multi-site change programs.Strong analytical and reporting skills.Proven ability to manage complex transformations with multiple stakeholders.Strong understanding of business processes in manufacturing or retail.Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Experience with change impact assessments, training programs, and stakeholder engagement.Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.Bachelor s degree in Business, HR, Organizational Development, or related field.Preferred Prosci certification or equivalent OCM certification.
