RN Care Center PRN - Days

Suncoast Hospice, a part of Empath Health is seeking a caring and motivated Hospice Care Center Registered Nurse to work with us at our Care Center in Hillsborough while providing exceptional care working days.Since 1977, Suncoast Hospice has been honored to serve our neighbors across Pinellas and Hillsborough counties with compassionate end-of-life care. As part of Empath Health, we help those living with advanced illness find comfort, dignity, and meaning, while supporting their families and caregivers with guidance and care every step of the way.What you'll Do:is responsible for identifying and coordinating patient/family needs and for providing preventive and supportive care to the terminally ill patient/family unit.utilizes assessment, intervention and teaching skills to maximize patient comfort and to enhance the quality of life to the patient/family unit.provides oversight and supervision of the LPN and/or aide for the delivery of patient care in the GIP environment.
