Electrical Engineer

Job Description: Cimarron is seeking an experienced Facility Electrical Engineer with a background in facilities power systems and distribution to support a government facility in Springfield, VA. This position is expected to last for at least 6 months but has the possibility to be extended. This job is supporting a direct-hire, full-time/benefitted job with Cimarron. Key Duties: Maintain existing electrical equipment. Design and oversee new power distribution system installations and upgrades. Required Skills, Experience, and Education: Due to facility requirements, only U.S. Citizens or permanent citizens are eligible for consideration at this time. Active TS/SCI with CI Poly. 5 or more years of experience. Experience with facility power and distribution including: Power Distribution Units Master Distribution Panels Switchgear Familiar with Arc Flash software. Experience with short circuit analysis.
