We strive to provide comprehensive and compassionate care to help new mothers recover in a serene and supportive environment.Role DescriptionThe Nursery Attendant will be responsible for providing care and support to newborns and their mothers, assisting with feeding, diaper changes, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Additional responsibilities include overseeing the general well-being of the infants, supporting lactation efforts, and ensuring that all nursery protocols and guidelines are followed.QualificationsExperience in newborn care, including feeding, diaper changes, and maintaining a safe environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team setting and provide compassionate careCertification in infant CPR and first aid is a plusExperience working in a healthcare or childcare setting preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent; further education in early childhood development or nursing is an advantage
