The successful candidate will lead a dynamic team, coordinate with various stakeholders including shipping lines, logistics providers, and government agencies, and implement strategic initiatives to enhance port performance. The Port Operations Manager will also play a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the port's reputation for reliability and safety.QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 7 years of experience in port operations or maritime logistics is required, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role. Strong knowledge of port safety regulations, environmental standards, and maritime laws is essential. Proven leadership and team management skills, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, are critical for success. Certification in maritime safety, port management, or logistics is preferred.
