Technical Lead – Angular & Node.js

Key Responsibilities:Lead a team of developers in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performing web applications.Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and architecture.Develop front-end components using Angular (v10+) and backend services using Node.js (Express.js, Nest.js).Provide mentorship, code reviews, and best practice guidance to team members.Ensure high code quality with unit tests, integration tests, and CI/CD pipelines.Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and actively contribute to planning and estimation.Troubleshoot complex issues across the stack and provide timely resolutions.Stay updated with industry trends and suggest innovative solutions to improve development practices.
