Associate Dermatology Sales Representative

MedRock Pharmacy is a fast growing compounding pharmacy that focuses on the dermatology field. MedRock Pharmacy is currently located in Tampa, FL and Chattanooga, TN and Dallas, TX.We are looking to add a motivated Associate Territory manager in Philadelphia, a dynamic professional to work with our team to establish and maintain existing business and add new accounts in the Eastern PA area. Must currently live in the territory.Job Duties:Establishes new accounts and services existing accounts by maintaining a daily work schedule to call on potential clientele and foster relationships with existing customers.Demonstrates the compounding platform to potential clients via in-person demonstrations, telephone solicitations, etc.Remains up to date on the latest industry updates and relays new features to clients.Submits bi-monthly marketing plans to management.Recommends changes to product features, delivery and services by evaluating results and soliciting feedback from existing and potential clients.Resolves customer complaints by investigating issues, developing timely solutions and communicating feedback to Senior Management.Frequent travelling to meet clients and present pharmacy features and offerings.Required Skills and Abilities:Proactive, goal-driven, self-starter.Ability to close deals.Strong presentation skills.Ability to build and foster relationships with key constituents.Ability to quickly absorb product and services information.Job Type: Full-timeCompensation: Base Salary and Incentive Plan .
