Sexton Lawn & Landscape | Daphne, ALFull-Time | Salaried | $45,000–$60,000 base salary + commissionAbout the Role Sexton Lawn & Landscape is seeking a motivated and client-focused Maintenance Account Manager to join our team in Daphne, AL. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong customer relationships, leading field teams, and driving high-quality landscape maintenance results across assigned client accounts.The Maintenance Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients within assigned routes and is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction through regular communication, site visits, quality evaluations, and proactive service recommendations. This position also serves as a front-line leader for assigned crews, providing field support, safety training, equipment oversight, and production management.In addition to maintaining excellent service standards, the Account Manager is responsible for identifying and selling enhancement opportunities and additional services that improve site conditions, increase client satisfaction, and support revenue growth.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain strong relationships with assigned landscape maintenance clients.Conduct routine site visits to monitor quality, identify service needs, and ensure client satisfaction.Communicate regularly with clients regarding service updates, property needs, concerns, and follow-up items.Support and lead assigned field crews through coaching, training, safety reinforcement, and daily operational guidance.Monitor crew performance, route efficiency, production quality, and overall service delivery.Oversee truck and equipment care, including identifying repair, maintenance, and usage needs.Identify, recommend, and sell enhancement opportunities and additional services to improve client properties.Partner with branch leadership and production teams to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.Maintain accurate notes, client preferences, follow-up items, and service-related documentation.Support client retention, enhancement sales, route profitability, and overall account performance.What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, accountable leader who enjoys working with both clients and field teams. The Account Manager will regularly visit client properties and may be exposed to outdoor weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, sun, dust, pollen, insects, and uneven terrain.
