We are looking for dedicated, honest team members that know how to fully maintain commercial properties.The Landscape Maintenance Specialist is responsible for excellent landscaping work:Proficient with various-sized power mowers, trimmers and edging tools, power blower, etc.Properly and safely prune shrubs and low trees as needed, remove damaged branchesMaintain plant and flower beds within scopePick up trash, blow leaves and other organic debris, mulch organic matter when mowingPerform weeding by hand or using a garden hoe or hula hoeMaintain a polite, friendly, responsive demeanor with customersComplete work on time and to scope, based on established frequenciesAlways maintain a safe operation of commercial grade landscaping equipmentDemonstrate knowledge and proper use of PPE equipment, wear suitable clothing items requiredEnsure compliance to policies and procedures, submit time worked using the ADP mobile appWork as a member of a small landscape crew over a large local regionOther duties as assignedQualified Landscape Maintenance Specialist applicants possess the following skills/abilities:Ability, knowledge, and aptitude to complete all required site servicesDemonstrate an attention to detail, personal pride and ownership for a job well doneDisplay excellent work ethic, dependability and productivityEffective time management, project management, and task prioritization skillsEnsure excellent customer satisfactionReport substandard site issues and recommend opportunities for property improvementsRequired Experience:18+ years old and able to safely work with equipment such as power tools and cutters1+ years of experience in landscape maintenance or landscaping industry1+ years of experience in irrigation systems repair, primarily to sprinkler heads and valves preferredApplicators license and small engine repair experience preferredWe Offer:Paid training and paid time offMedical, dental and vision benefits401k and 401k matchingGroup life insuranceFlexible Spending AccountApplicants must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
