Registered Nurse New Lenox, IL Specialty: Home Health Position Type: Travel Contract Length: 13 weeks Pay: $1890 - $2278 | Shift: 5x8 Days Are you a compassionate Registered Nurse with a passion for Home Health care? In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care through the nursing process while maintaining professional standards. You will supervise CNAs and coordinate with other healthcare workers to ensure seamless patient care. Your expertise will be crucial in conducting initial assessments, initiating and modifying care plans, and establishing discharge plans in collaboration with patients, physicians, and caregivers.
