About the job RN-Home Health-DayShift Opportunity OverviewJoin a compassionate and mission-driven home health care team as a Registered Nurse (RN). This unique pay-per-visit position offers guaranteed income during your first 6 months, competitive per-visit rates, and opportunities for unlimited earnings.You'll provide essential care in the Carnegie/Crafton region, working autonomously and collaboratively to deliver high-quality patient-centered care.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and implement patient care plans in home-based settingsProvide direct support and guidance to patients and familiesDocument clinical visits with accuracy and timelinessCollaborate with interdisciplinary care teamsManage your own schedule and support patients across designated service areasRequired QualificationsEducation: Associate degree or higher in NursingLicense: Active RN license in PennsylvaniaCertifications (All Required):American Red Cross Advanced Life Support (ARC ALS)American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)Experience:1+ year in ANY of the following: Clinical Documentation, Clinical Informatics, or Clinical Quality1+ year in EMRs such as Practice Partner or other Electronic Medical Record systemsTravel: Comfortable with local travel (~20% driving)Interview: Recruiter via phonePreferredRN License number providedSchedule & Shift DetailsFull Time Schedule M-F : 8:00am-5pm, weekly on-call shift (5p-10p), 1 weekend per monthSaturday & Sunday: 8 units each dayHolidays: On-call 2 holidays per yearCompensation & PerksEstimated Earnings: $77K-$100K+/yearOrientation Guarantee: $3,000 per pay period for the first 6 monthsPay-per-Visit Rates: $42-$46 per visit (see rate chart)Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 (paid quarterly over 1 year)Outcome-Based Bonus: $1,000/quarterMileage Reimbursement: Included (see attached chart)Unlimited income potentialInterview ProcessVideo Interview with Hiring ManagerRide-Along (if required)OfferPrescreen Required: Completion of the interview prescreen form is mandatory (see attachments)Apply NowReady to impact your community while earning competitive income with flexibility?Contact Yaschica Agoro at yagoro@247protas.net to apply or learn more.
