Job Title: Project Coordinator – EXP Location: 200 N. McColl Road - Suite B, McAllen, TX 78501-9361 Work Schedule: Hybrid (40 hours/week, 8 AM – 6 PM) – schedule to be discussed during interview Position Summary Carrier is seeking a Project Coordinator / Specialist to support technical and process improvement projects within our Commercial Services team. This hybrid role will support project execution, coordination, and communication across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to support multiple ongoing projects. Key Responsibilities Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project milestones with Project Managers Track project deliverables, timelines, costs, and action items Generate and maintain project documentation (meeting notes, invoices, change orders, subcontractor/vendor bills, etc.) Support project invoicing including AIA documentation Prepare weekly/monthly status reports for project leadership and stakeholders Serve as a liaison across internal teams (Projects, Sales, Service) Facilitate project turnover meetings and support onboarding of new vendors/subcontractors Manage vendor account creation in the purchase order (PO) system Support implementation of project management processes, tools, and best practices Assist in budget tracking and risk mitigation activities Collaborate during team planning and knowledge-sharing sessions QualificationsRequired: High school diploma or GED Minimum of 2 years’ experience in project coordination or a similar support role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced, team environment Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related field Experience in HVAC, construction, or manufacturing environments Familiarity with Agile, Stage-Gate, or similar project methodologies Experience using MS Project or related PM tools Job Type: Contract Pay: $40.00 - $43.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) matching Schedule: 8 hour shift Work Location: In person
