Event Content Creator - Dirty Mondays (Los Angeles)

About UsDirty Mondays is a rock music and lifestyle brand operating across Los Angeles and Milan since 2011. You think in content, not in "photography" or "videography" as separate disciplinesEye for style, fashion, and the kind of people who make a crowd look aspirational, not just documentedFast turnaround. We need selects the next day, not next week. You cull and light-edit on the goAlready part of or familiar with the LA live music scene. You go to shows. You understand the energyAge 20-30 preferred (not a hard requirement, but you need to blend into the crowd, not stand out as 'the photographer')EquipmentMinimum: iPhone 15 Pro or later. Preferred: mirrorless camera with a fast prime lens (f/1.4-1.8) for photo, plus iPhone for video and Stories. You do not need a gimbal, lighting rig, or any specialized equipment. If you can shoot handheld in a dark room and make it look good, you have what we need.CompensationMonthly retainer based on event volume (3-8 events/month).
