Role Description This is a contract, on-site role for a Live Event Coordinator, located in Los Angeles, CA. The Live Event Coordinator will oversee the planning and execution of live event printing experiences. Responsibilities include event setup and breakdown, coordinating with vendors, managing schedules, troubleshooting operational issues, and ensuring a seamless run of activities. The coordinator will also liaise with clients to ensure their expectations are met and assist in maintaining inventory for events. Qualifications Event management skills, including event planning, setup, and executionStrong organizational and project management abilities with attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with clients and vendorsProblem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic event environmentsBasic knowledge of branding or merchandise creation is beneficialPhysical ability to handle event setup and breakdown tasksExperience in live events or event coordination is a plusDriver's license and ability to travel in the Los Angeles area
